“We never said stay the course…”

tim | Everything... | Sunday, October 29th, 2006

So George is a “leader,” everything is okie-dokie in Iraq, and we should stay a course of disaster, skyrocketing deficits, mounting deaths, mistrust, and dishonor.

~~~And someone is selling a bridge in New York…
      Anyone why buys this claptrap has beans for brains…
George Bush is his father’s son.  George and George see it this way:  International economic cartels come first and American interests come second… if at all….
Whatever feeds the bottom line for corporate transnationals is their first priority.  American needs, concerns, and security comes second.  If corporate designs happen to contradict American interests, so be it.  The father said this plainly in the 80’s and the son, as figurehead, has implemented this policy in our current day.
As a consequence, we have lost the rule of law in America.  Corporations who were previously banned from doing business with the American government (due to fraud and corruption), now rule America with an iron fist.  Decisions of the Supreme court have been set aside.  The constitution has been discarded as “quaint.”  And right wing extremists in congress have ceded control to an overreaching executive branch.
The balance of powers has failed, our electoral system has been compromised, and our system of Government has been circumvented.  ~~~It has not been a bloodless coup.
The supreme authority in America used to reside in the constitution. We operated as a beacon of freedom by being “people of the book.”  Our book was the US constitiution.  But now the supreme authority in America resides in George Bush and Don Rumsfeld.  These two poltical hacks, demonstrably incompetent liars… have undermined our economic, military, and diplomatic interests in favor of protecting closed-bid contracts so their sponsors can invest in India and China.  This is not helpful for America.
Dick Cheney, along with George Herbert Walker Bush’s other con-men…smirks, grunts, swaggers, and tells congress to “go fuck themselves.”  These loose cannon shotgun fatcats wallow in the gutter on the way to the bank.
Those who would rather not face face facts, need to take off their rose-colored glasses and grow up.  We must take back this nation.  It is no longer possible to say it can’t happen here.  It already did.  George Bush surrendered our nation to corporate transnational economic cartels whose primary goals and aspirations directly contradict American interests.  Gross Incompetence and arrogant greed at best.
Or rank treason of the worst kind.
Sincerely, and with great concern for our nation…
